Appointment Setter – Real Estate Partnerships 70K Base + Super | OTE 110K We're growing our Appointment Setting team at MyConnect and looking for an energetic, resilient individual to help us open more doors with real estate agencies across Australia. Our service solves a real headache for property managers and their tenants: organising utility connections when people move house. Your job is to get us in the room with the right people – our Business Development Managers (BDMs) will handle the rest. What You'll Be Doing Making high-volume outbound calls to real estate agencies across Australia. Reaching decision-makers (principals, department heads, key PMs). Booking quality meetings for our BDM team – that's your core KPI. Making 20–30+ touchpoints per day and following up consistently. Handling rejection and objections while keeping your spark and drive. Quickly building rapport and curiosity so agencies want to hear more. Helping to open doors into new partnerships and long-term relationships. This is a pure outbound appointment setting role – no cold closing, just getting great meetings locked in. About You You don’t need years of sales experience; we care more about attitude and energy. Comfortable and confident on the phone, personable and engaging – you build rapport with anyone.
