Represent a premium portfolio of construction and earthmoving equipment supported by strong technical, parts and service teams. 20 years as a successful, family‑owned national business Be part of a supportive, values driven culture with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement 100+ team members across multiple states Support from our Bridgewater facility and residential Field Service Technicians Strong product lineup with exciting new brands being added What you will be doing Develop new business opportunities across Tasmania Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Promote Onetrak’s full suite of products and services Prospect and cold call to generate quality leads Maintain strong technical understanding of equipment Manage the entire sales cycle from factory discussions to machine handover Report weekly on prospects, market activity and lost sales Collaborate with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities Achieve KPIs and market share targets What you’ll bring Proven sales experience, ideally in capital equipment or related industries Ability to develop new product lines and nurture long‑term relationships Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Solid IT skills, including MS Office and Excel Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical products High attention to detail and accuracy Self‑motivated and able to work independently What’s in it for you?
