Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and supplier contracts. Supporting regulatory and marketing compliance. Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams. Qualifications 4-6 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in‑house environment, working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to SOWs, NDAs, and MSAs, vendor, procurement, supply chain, service, and customer/sales agreements. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in‑house setting. Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers. Issue spotting and contract planning.
