One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Active Directory Subject Matter Expert in Canberra . Skills/Experience: Manage, monitor, maintain, and administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory / Entra ID. Ability to analyse and resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems interface with peer teams and vendors to coordinate solutions. Troubleshoot, determine root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues. Assist with escalated IT Support queries as needed.
