The Role Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, the Compliance Lead role is responsible for the ongoing review, monitoring and auditing of Outcare’s practice frameworks, models of care, contractual requirements and funding obligations through organisational compliance systems and processes. It provides oversight of Outcare’s compliance obligations, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation, industry standards, funding requirements and organisational practice frameworks. The Compliance Lead supports the Operational Teams to deliver safe, high-quality and client-centred services across the organisation. A focus on continual evolution, learning and best practice is essential to sit alongside more traditional elements of compliance and audit duties. What you’ll bring Demonstrated experience in compliance, audit, practice development, service improvement or quality assurance. Strong capability in designing, implementing and embedding industry and practice frameworks or models of care. Experience analysing industry and service performance data and translating insights into practical improvements. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders and teams. Ability to translate complex concepts, research and strategy into practical, usable approaches. Experience leading or facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. High level written and verbal communication skills, including development of frameworks, reports and resources.
