Working closely with local and international stakeholders, you'll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting statutory reporting requirements, and driving process improvements across the finance function. Join a globally recognised organisation with a strong market presence Diverse role with exposure to local and international finance teams Supportive and collaborative culture that values initiative and innovation Opportunity to contribute to finance transformation and process improvement projects About the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager Accounting, your responsibilities will include: Managing month-end close activities and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations Preparing and analysing management reports and financial data Supporting statutory reporting, annual audits, and year-end financial statements Managing lease accounting and ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 requirements Overseeing fixed asset accounting and maintaining asset registers Preparing and lodging GST, FBT, WHT, and other tax-related returns Managing intercompany reconciliations and stakeholder communications Partnering with shared service teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Assisting with finance projects, process improvements, and internal controls Skills & Experience CA or CPA qualification Minimum 5 years' accounting experience Experience within a Big 4 or second-tier accounting environment highly regarded Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance Exposure to IFRS 16 and lease accounting principles Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office capability Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Experience working with shared service centres will be highly regarded Ready to Apply?
