This is an exciting opportunity to support key clients across the industry by delivering talent for critical projects and long-term hiring needs. Unlike a traditional 360 recruitment role, this position is focused on talent delivery and candidate engagement rather than business development. Working closely with an experienced team, you will manage live vacancies, source high-quality candidates, build strong market relationships, and support recruitment outcomes across key accounts. With clear opportunities to progress into managing client relationships and key accounts over time, this role offers genuine career development within a collaborative, high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities Source, engage and manage high-quality candidates across the build sector Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver recruitment outcomes for key clients Build and maintain strong candidate relationships across the market Manage recruitment processes from briefing through to placement support Maintain proactive talent pipelines for repeat and future hiring requirements Provide a high level of service and communication to both candidates and internal stakeholders Develop market knowledge and client understanding to support future account management progression Skills & Experience Experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, resourcing, or candidate delivery (agency experience advantageous but not essential) Experience recruiting within the Building or Construction sector advantageous but not essential Strong relationship-building and communication skills Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric mindset with a focus on quality and long-term relationships Motivated by teamwork and collaborative success rather than individual sales targets Desire to grow into a client-facing, account management role over time Exposure to engineering, construction, property, or technical industries desirable but not essential Industry leading commission scheme Clearly defined career path and progression opportunities 6 monthly incentive trips (Queenstown, Fiji etc.) End of quarter fine dining lunches Monthly, quarterly & annual top performer gift vouchers Weekly Pilates class 12 x consultations/year with our Employee Assistance Provider How to apply If you are interested and believe you have the right skill set, please apply now.
