Responsibilities Design complex email and data security solutions. Assist with professional services deployments, technical training, industry seminars and trade shows. Provide customer insight to Product Management, Marketing and Product Development teams. Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, white‑boarding sessions, proofs‑of‑concept and production evaluations. Serve as the technical point of contact for customers throughout the entire sales cycle. Become an expert in Email Security Gateways, Advanced Persistent Threats, Cyber Kill Chain, Threat Response, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and related topics. Collaborate closely with sales team members to deliver the most secure platform available. Support complex solutions design and technical liaison tasks across the sales process. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in secure messaging, data security or other cyber‑security related field. Strong knowledge of enterprise email solutions such as O365, Gmail and Exchange, and solid understanding of SMTP. Experience with or understanding of directory services. Familiarity with networking protocols (SMTP, LDAP, HTTP, etc.). Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills; personable and approachable. Highly enthusiastic, passionate individual with a strong drive. Bonus: experience with security awareness education programs.
