About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Innovation Process Lead to drive leading product portfolio and stage gate processes across our ANZ. innovation pipeline. You’ll work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Global Intersnack teams to align processes, optimise the portfolio, and ensure successful delivery of both NPD and key transformation projects. This role will be located at ourOrchard Hills site, with regular travel to head office based inNorwest . Travel to NZ will be on as a needs basis. What you’ll be responsible for: Lead and develop systems to optimise the ANZ product portfolio lifecycle (NPD, renovations, discontinuations) Own and enhance the IMAGINE stage gate process, ensuring strong governance and delivery Provide clear portfolio insights and reporting to support prioritisation and investment decisions Project manage Private Label and cross-functional transformation projects Drive alignment with global Intersnack frameworks, tools, and best practices Facilitate and input into key forums, including portfolio reviews and innovation governance meetings Champion continuous improvement across processes, tools, and ways of working What you’ll bring to the role: 10+ years’ experience in portfolio management, innovation, or commercialisation - FMCG preferred Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Food Science or similar Strong expertise in stage gate and portfolio management methodologies Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders Commercial mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills Experience embedding new processes and driving change What can you expect in return A supportive working environment (with plenty of snacks on hand!) where you'll feel engaged and valued, career growth, Birthday Leave, Access to discounts on Retailers, onsite parking (including electric car charging stations) and a focus on health and wellness (like Wellbeing Days!) to make your workplace more enjoyable! #J-18808-Ljbffr
