What You’ll Do Lead the design and delivery of complex geo‑environmental projects across: Landfill and containment systems Tailings and mining infrastructure Dams, embankments and earth structures Waste and resource recovery facilities Provide trusted technical leadership on high‑risk, high‑value projects Drive innovative, sustainable solutions that integrate environmental outcomes into major infrastructure Oversee project performance (technical, commercial, risk) from concept through delivery Build long‑term client relationships across Queensland and nationally Mentor and grow a high‑performing multidisciplinary team Contribute to strategic growth and market positioning in geo‑environmental engineering About You Degree in Civil, Geotechnical or Environmental Engineering 10+ years’ experience, ideally within consulting Strong background in waste and containment design (landfills, liners, leachate systems, geosynthetics) Proven capability in detailed design and technical review Experience with earthworks, dams, tailings and water management systems Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence key stakeholders Track record of winning work, building client trust or contributing to growth (highly valued) Benefits Permanent employees have access to an Employee Share Purchase Plan and health and well‑being programmes that support thriving careers.
