Role Title: Product Manager Role Description: The successful candidate will provide Project & Program Management Services as required, including, but not limited to, the following. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the Integrated Product Management Plan (IPdMP) and Product Work Breakdown Structure. The IPdMP outlines how CASG will manage the Product(s) to meet PDA availability and performance requirements and how resources and activities will be coordinated through the Product lifecycle to disposal. Develop and manage the Program Integrated Schedule to provide the Program overview and coordination of Products and Services. Establish and document program integration, communication and decision-making processes, including coordination meeting routines with agreed TORs and process flows for decision making. Contribute as an integral member in the development of the Annual Program Planning and Budget Control of Defence Management & Financial Plan (DMFP) products. Support Performance Reporting in accordance with CASG and Army Financial reporting processes; provide monthly and adhoc reporting as required. Provide specialist advice to requirements definition and support planning, monitoring and controlling of programs/products across the Capability Life Cycle. Offer specialist advice on issues, risks and new initiatives. Support procurement and invoicing through ERP, providing guidance and mentoring to other team members. Essential Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate desirable outcomes. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to engage collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to understand contractual artefacts and contract management plans to procure goods and services to meet complex stakeholder needs. Experience using ERP in the Defence environment. Desirable Requirements A tertiary degree or higher in business, law, commerce, finance or similar. Required Security Clearance NV1 Location Brisbane or Canberra Hours 80 hours per fortnight, as agreed with client.
