The Role In this highly visible role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships while driving both top-line performance and profitability. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen our market presence and deliver win-win outcomes for both our business and our customers. You will: Take full ownership of Metcash, Emerging and Export accounts, delivering profitable sales growth Manage customer P&L performance, ensuring revenue and margin targets are achieved Build strong, collaborative partnerships so customers see us as their partner of choice in category growth Drive brand visibility, ranging, and distribution across in-store and online channels Plan and execute promotional strategies, evaluating performance through ROI, uplift and market dynamics Lead key initiatives including range reviews, tenders, and new product launches Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category teams to deliver aligned, effective outcomes Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning for base, promotional, and NPD activity Provide insights and performance analysis to support ongoing commercial decision-making About You You’re a relationship-driven and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced OTC or FMCG environment. You’re confident owning conversations at a senior level and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll bring: 5+ years’ experience in a Key or National Account Management role within FMCG or OTC Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership and trade investment analysis A proven ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving mutually beneficial outcomesA sharp focus on execution excellence across retail environmentsThe ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A highly organised and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities Why Join Us?
