About this role Our Corporate Tax team in Sydney is seeking Managers and Senior Managers who can balance flexibility and lifestyle with high‑profile client engagements. Key responsibilities Manage overall client engagement including relationship management, tax compliance and advisory. Build client relationships and identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio. Involve in business development opportunities. Support continuous improvement initiatives in tax compliance and process‑based activities. Provide coaching, support and inspirational leadership to other team members. Skills and experience University degree in accounting, finance, business, commerce, legal or a related discipline, and a relevant professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CTA or equivalent; other industry accreditation is acceptable. Demonstrated experience and technical skills in corporate tax and advisory, ideally within a public practice environment. Proactive approach to client relationships and cross‑selling of services, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Previous experience leading, coaching and mentoring less‑experienced team members. Benefits 9‑day fortnight with no salary reduction. Remote work opportunity – work from anywhere in Australia.
