The Role On the road in your own car, mobile nursing service delivery to home & community care clients across Melbourne's metropolitan area. The role involves assessments, wound care, clinical reviews, continence and catheter care, palliative and end of life care, dementia support, NDIS complex care management, client and carer education, immunisations, and more. Depth and breadth of experience is a must, coupled with a deeply passionate, respectful, and caring holistic approach to the home nursing environment. Previous critical care, emergency nursing or community nursing experience is highly regarded.
