OurTow and Fert range of fertiliser sprayers is trusted by commercial farmers across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Europe, the USA, and beyond. We are expanding our Australian service capability and are looking for a skilled, self-directed service technician to be our boots-on-the-ground presence across Victoria, NSW and parts of South Australia. Based in Melbourne or a nearby town, you will spend the majority of your time travelling to clients’ farms to keep their Tow and Fert machines in peak condition. What you’ll be doing Travelling across Victoria and other states to service and repair Tow and Fert machines on-farm Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults Delivering and commissioning new machines with full client training Managing parts ordering, invoicing, and inventory using our computer-based systems Providing remote technical support to clients by phone and video call Attending Australian field days and agricultural events Working closely with the Australian sales team to ensure a seamless client experience What you’ll bring A trade qualification in mechanics, engineering, or a related field, OR strong time-served experience in a mechanical or agricultural trade The ability to work autonomously, plan your own travel, and manage your time effectively Solid computer skills – comfortable with invoicing, parts management, and inventory systems Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset Current full Australian driver licence Good physical fitness for hands‑on outdoor work in varying conditions Agricultural or farm machinery background is highly regarded What We Offer Work ute, laptop, and phone provided Full product and technical training Support from a tight, practical, and well‑resourced team Opportunity to grow with a business that’s expanding fast across Australia A role with real impact – helping farmers save time, money, and fertiliser Ready to Get Out There?
