Centre Director – Windsor Neighbourhood Childcare Centre Permanent, Full-time | 38 hours | Monday to Friday Lead a passionate team in a well-established, community-focused early learning centre. As Centre Director, you will use your leadership experience to inspire educators, drive continuous improvement, and support high-quality outcomes for children and families. Located in a peaceful setting with expansive natural outdoor play areas, Windsor Neighbourhood Centre provides a unique learning environment for up to 52 children, from six weeks old through to kindergarten. Our culturally inclusive programs encourage creativity, exploration, and a love of learning. For more than 30 years, we have built strong relationships with local families and the community. Conveniently located off Lutwyche Road, opposite St Mary of the Cross Primary School. Key Responsibilities Manage day to day operations of the service including staffing, administration and financial management tasks Oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational program Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values Job Requirements Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis A strong understanding of Child Care legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred) Proven leadership and team development skills Benefits Leadership Days – All Service Leaders come together offsite for networking and professional development Leadership Program – That supports you on your leadership journey End of Year celebrations – Celebrate with us the important and amazing work that you, our service leaders are doing Cultural Mindsets – Be Brave, Be Authentic, Be Thoughtful, and Be Professional!
