As Store Manager of Louis Vuitton Bondi Junction, you will take the reins of a double-digit million-dollar business with a talented and established team, and a loyal client base that extends well beyond the postcode. You will be accountable for moving the dials — commercially, culturally, and experientially — and for elevating an already strong store to its next level of performance. For the right leader, this role offers significant visibility within the Oceania region and across the LVMH Group, and a genuine pathway to larger, more complex businesses. Key Responsibilities Business & Commercial Leadership Own the commercial performance of the store with a clear strategy that drives sustainable growth and elevates the client experience in equal measure. Analyse business data with precision, identify opportunity gaps, and translate insights into decisive action. Build and deepen long-term client relationships that reflect the Maison's standards of care, discretion, and excellence. Maintain a sharp understanding of the local market, the Bondi client, and the competitive landscape that surrounds it. Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that is deeply aligned to the values and service culture of Louis Vuitton. Create an environment where individuality is celebrated, talent is empowered, and excellence is the expectation — not the exception. Identify and develop the next generation of leaders within your team through meaningful coaching, capability investment, and career conversations. Operational Excellence Oversee all aspects of store operations to the highest brand standards — flawlessly and consistently. Drive efficiency across stock management, visual merchandising, compliance, and client service routines. Champion an omnichannel mindset, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience across every client touchpoint. Profile About You You are a commercially sharp, people-first retail leader who knows how to build performance cultures and get results. You have operated at pace, managed meaningful P&L responsibility, and led teams through both challenge and growth. You understand luxury — or premium retail at the highest level — and you bring genuine conviction to everything you do. You will bring: Proven experience in a Store Manager, Store Director or equivalent leadership role within luxury or premium retail, leading a multi-million-dollar business or category. A strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to make clear decisions from complex data. Exceptional leadership presence — the ability to inspire, influence, and hold a team to a high standard with authenticity.
