Overview Marketing and Communications Advisor based in Perth, Adelaide or Darwin. Lead marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships and strategic initiatives to enhance GHD’s brand presence and engagement across APAC regions. Responsibilities Collaborate with the APAC marketing team to develop and deliver marketing campaigns aligned to regional growth objectives. Plan and execute bespoke events from concept to completion. Manage regional conference sponsorships and industry memberships, ensuring ROI and strategic alignment. Partner with subject matter experts to secure speaking opportunities and develop content and social media plans that elevate GHD’s reputation. Develop regional content including project case studies, award submissions, and social media announcements. Support internal communications for project and people stories. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing collateral aligns with GHD’s brand guidelines and writing style. Use Salesforce and other marketing systems to track activities and measure impact. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with proven expertise in event management and sponsorships. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred.
