ASM Partners Pty Ltd' is seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant/Supervisor to join our dynamic Business Services team based in the Melbourne CBD. This full-time role will see you providing high-quality accounting and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries. Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with full work authorisation. What you'll be doing Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, BAS and other tax reporting for clients Providing strategic business services including budgeting, forecasting and identifying opportunities for growth Ensuring clients maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations Building strong relationships with clients and proactively identifying ways to add value Supervising and mentoring junior team members Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery and internal processes What we're looking for Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field CPA or CA qualification Minimum 3 years' experience in public practice is essential for this position Excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge, with a commercial mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted advisor relationships Demonstrable experience in managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team Previous experience supervising 1-2 team members is required Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative team culture What we offer At ASM Partners, we're committed to creating an environment where our people can thrive.
