Job Overview Clarendon Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG), a leading residential construction and property development company, seeks an experienced Site Manager to manage our South West Sydney construction team. What You'll Do Engage with customers to build trust and rapport throughout their build Educate customers on the complex building process, ensuring clear understanding of expectations and milestones Maintain regular and proactive contact with customers Identify and resolve roadblocks in the customer journey Manage a portfolio of home builds Review tender, contract, plans, variations, colour schedules, and build details to ensure understanding and clarify discrepancies Allocate trades to ensure continuous flow of work on site, utilizing the trade allocation team when required Attend regular site visits to ensure progress and quality, compliance with codes and timeframes Confirm works are ready for next trades as scheduled, check completion, arrange rectification work, and oversee/approve payments to suppliers and contractors Complete all required inspections from slab to handover, addressing rectification works promptly Ensure documentation is complete and accurate to reduce customer disputes Collaborate with internal departments (drafting, estimating, lifestyle studio, permits) and external stakeholders (councils, certifiers, consultants, demolition companies, lenders) to provide updates, answer questions, resolve issues, and escalating concerns as needed About You This opportunity is best suited for an experienced tradesperson wanting to transition away from hands‑on work, or a Site Manager seeking to join an organisation that offers additional training and development.
