The Opportunity CSR are seeking an experienced WHSE Business Partner to support our operations across Wetherill Park and Glendenning . This role is critical in driving a strong safety culture, ensuring legislative compliance, and partnering with leaders to deliver sustained WHSE improvements across our sites. As WHSE Business Partner, you will work closely with site leadership teams to assess safety performance, identify risk, and implement effective, compliant solutions aligned with CSR WHSE standards and legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities Analyse WHSE performance data to identify risk trends and drive targeted improvement plans Develop and implement site‑specific WHSE strategies and risk reduction plans aligned with legislation and CSR standards Lead the rollout and effectiveness of CSR key risk programs, system and hazard standards Champion CSR WHSE initiatives including Never Walk Past, Permit to Work, HIRAC, and risk management Coach and influence leaders at all levels to strengthen safety leadership and accountability Lead investigations into significant incidents, ensuring root cause analysis and timely close‑out of actions Maintain compliance with the National Self Insurance Audit Tool and drive audit readiness Chair regional WHSE Committees and drive strong contractor WHSE performance About You Demonstrated experience delivering Health, Safety and Environment outcomes, ideally in manufacturing, warehousing or similar operational environments Proven leadership and coaching capability Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation Ability to interpret WHSE legislation, standards and systems and support others through change Experience contributing to strategy, implementing systems and working to established standards What We Offer Supportive and collaborative culture that fosters innovation and inclusion.
