Working closely with renowned litigation partners—you will step away from being a small cog in a giant corporate machine. Your caseload will be incredibly diverse, encompassing: High‑stakes corporate and commercial contractual disputes Regulatory investigations and white‑collar defence (ASIC, ACCC, ATO) Class actions and public law matters Reconstruction, insolvency, and asset recovery litigation About You Commercial litigation or dispute resolution from a reputable firm (at least 1 year (pae) plus and upwards) An outstanding academic record paired with strong lateral thinking and commercial acumen. A high level of resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to take ownership of complex legal problems. Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to advise sophisticated clients.
