WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As a Senior Lawyer, you will oversee complex probate and estate administration matters while mentoring junior staff and supporting operational growth. Manage complex probate applications and estate administration matters nationally Handle grants of probate and letters of administration Conduct client consultations and probate-related advisory calls Mentor junior lawyers and legal support staffWork closely with operational and product-focused teams to improve legal workflows Support the management of high-volume caseloads through technology-enabled systems Contribute to business growth and operational improvement initiatives Minimum 4+ years PQE within probate and estate administration Strong experience across complex probate matters Experience handling NSW Supreme Court probate applications and requisitions Excellent communication and commercial client management skills High attention to detail within high-volume environments Leadership and mentoring capability Comfortable using modern legal systems and workflows Current Australian practising certificate Experience within legal-tech or legal environments Estate planning exposure, including wills and testamentary trusts Desire to grow within a modern, non-traditional legal business model #J-18808-Ljbffr
