Overview Xanadu Wines is an Australian family owned, well‑known, and awarded winery located in the beautiful Margaret River wine region. We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional in a full‑time supervisor role, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and assisting the manager with leading the team. Our Restaurant operates 5 days a week, Wednesday to Sunday. Key Responsibilities Daily shift management of the restaurant team, including assigning staff to sections and managing staff breaks. Motivate and inspire the team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve daily goals. Run daily floor operations. Daily set up and pack down of restaurant and event operations. Contribute to the development and implementation of staff training and sequence of service. Qualifications & Skills Experience as a food and/or beverage team leader or supervisor within the hospitality or wine industries for at least 2 years, or a Certificate II in Hospitality. Organised attention to detail and a "can do" attitude. Xanadu Wines is a medium‑sized business requiring flexibility across multiple disciplines.
