Role We are seeking a Senior Injury Prevention Consultant to lead the psychosocial risk and general safety risk management framework, including the potentially traumatic event response and Employee Wellbeing Strategy. Responsibilities Oversee the psychosocial risk and general safety risk management risk framework, including the potentially traumatic event response and Employee Wellbeing Strategy. Ensure the Employee Assistant Program (EAP) meets our requirements. Develop and deliver presentations and information to a wide range of stakeholders. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Coordinate work health and safety projects and provide operational and strategic advice to staff. Maintain strong stakeholder management, influencing and managing relationships effectively. Requirements Knowledge of contemporary workplace psychological health and safety practices. Experience influencing and managing stakeholder relationships effectively. Experience designing and implementing programs to promote psychologically healthy workplace cultures, including delivery of training. High-level project management skills, including the ability to implement processes, deliver outcomes, and meet deadlines. Formal investigation qualifications (e.g., ICAM) or equivalent workplace investigation experience. Eligible to work in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or appropriate visa).
