Our client is looking for a high-performing Team Leader/Second-in-Charge (2IC) to join our VIC/TAS Sales Team – someone who’s ready to drive their own sales success, coach others, and help shape the next phase of their growth. This role isn’t just about hitting numbers – it’s about leading from the front, developing the team around you, and being a trusted right hand to the Sales Manager.
