What You’ll Be Doing: Leading and supporting rope access crews on site Driving a strong safety culture through pre-starts, toolbox talks, and compliance checks Overseeing equipment inspections and ensuring IRATA standards are met Mentoring Rope Access Technicians and helping them grow Working closely with clients and site teams to achieve project outcomes About You: You’re someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a team environment, and puts safety first. You’ll also bring: Must be based in Perth, WA S26 certification is mandatory Experience in mining shutdowns or maintenance projects Current IRATA certification Mandatory tickets: Construction White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space, First Aid & CPR Full Australian working rights Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen Bonus: Rio Tinto, Roy Hill, or FMG inductions Why Join Breight Group?
