Senior Accountant or Manager – Superannuation Team Join Findex as a Senior Accountant or Manager within our Superannuation team. In this role, you’ll deliver high‑quality compliance services while mentoring a talented team and helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements. You’ll uphold exceptional standards of service, deepen your technical expertise and broaden your leadership impact. This is a full‑time, permanent, hybrid role with flexibility to work from home and the office. Responsibilities Deliver timely superannuation compliance services, ensuring SMSF clients meet legislative, ATO and audit requirements. Prepare and review financial and compliance reports while maintaining high quality standards. Manage workflows, delegate tasks, and review team output to meet deadlines. Support Annual Client Reviews and governance processes. Provide technical support and contribute to client advice. Coach and develop team members and build a positive team culture. Build strong client relationships and manage engagements through to Partner review. Support business development and identify growth opportunities.
