Reporting to the HR Superintendent, this role offers the chance to work closely with operational leaders and employees, delivering high quality HR support while contributing to broader organisational objectives in a complex, operational environment. This role is residentially based in Mount Isa, working a 5/2 4/3 roster. We encourage suitably qualified and experienced local candidates to apply. You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, applying sound judgement, and delivering consistent, professional advice.
