About the Role We are seeking a Junior Solicitor in Sydney (1–3 years PAE) to join our Sydney CBD Wills & Estates team , with a focus on contested estates and estate litigation . This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside accredited specialists and senior lawyers , gaining hands‑on experience in complex matters while building a strong foundation in Wills & Estates law . Key Responsibilities Assist in the management of estate litigation and contested wills matters Draft court documents, affidavits, correspondence, and legal submissions Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy Prepare for mediations, hearings, and court appearances Liaise with clients, counsel, and external stakeholders Maintain accurate file management and compliance standards Manage competing priorities to deliver high‑quality client outcomes Build strong internal and client relationships About You To succeed in this role, you will have: 1–3 years post‑admission experience (PAE) in Wills & Estates (preferred) Admission to practice in Australia and a Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent) Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both autonomously and within a team A proactive attitude and commitment to professional development Previous experience as a Paralegal, Law Clerk or Legal Assistant (advantageous) Work Health & Safety (WHS) & Compliance Armstrong Legal is committed to maintaining a safe workplace in line with Work Health & Safety (WHS) obligations .
