Overview Responsibilities Lead organisation-wide sustainability and climate performance across a major tertiary health service Drive energy performance, emissions reduction and resource efficiency outcomes High-impact role influencing strategy, operations and long-term sustainability outcomes Working across clinical, operational and corporate teams, you will bring energy, initiative and independent drive to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver measurable improvements. About The Role Lead delivery of RMH’s Sustainability Strategy and Climate Action Plan across a major tertiary health service Drive energy performance, emissions reduction and resource efficiency outcomes at scale Provide expert advice and influence decision-making across clinical, operational and corporate teams Transform complex sustainability data into clear insights to improve performance and reduce costs Lead organisation-wide sustainability reporting, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications About you: Relevant qualifications in sustainability, environmental management, engineering or related field Essential Experience leading sustainability or energy programs in large or complex organisations Strong capability in emissions, energy and environmental data analysis Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes Desirable Experience working within healthcare or other complex infrastructure environments Demonstrated experience delivering decarbonisation or energy optimisation programs Benefits Salary packaging options, earn up to $12,000 tax free earnings! 5 weeks annual leave plus monthly ADOs for full-time employees Discounted gyms and health centre access with Fitness Passport Fantastic learning and development opportunities Contribute to a purpose-driven organisation where sustainability is a strategic priority All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Record Check and satisfactory Working With Children Check.
