Heatleys Safety & Industrial – Canning Vale WA We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Customer Service Officer to join our Canning Vale team. This is a step up from a standard CS role; you’ll play a key part in servicing major clients, supporting PPE sales, and delivering high-level service that drives retention and growth. If you understand the pace and complexity of the safety industry and enjoy working with key accounts, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. The Role As a senior member of the team, you’ll act as a key point of contact for our customers, particularly within our PPE and workwear client portfolio . You’ll combine strong service delivery with commercial awareness to support both customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Your day-to-day will include: Managing orders and requests from clients, ensuring high levels of service and retention Handling complex customer enquiries across phone, email, and in person Understanding client needs and providing tailored PPE and safety solutions Processing orders, returns, and transactions accurately and efficiently Supporting PPE sales by identifying opportunities to upsell and add value Working closely with the sales team to support account growth and client outcomes Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM data Acting as a go-to person within the team for support and guidance About You You’re an experienced customer service professional who understands how to balance service with commercial outcomes. You’re confident dealing with key clients and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
