Role Overview We are looking for a driven and tech‑savvy Technical Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This junior level role involves setting up Connecteam features based on customer workflows, integrating Connecteam with other platforms, and migrating data from existing tools into Connecteam. You’ll collaborate with CS and R&D teams to develop expertise and provide outstanding service, streamlining customer processes and onboarding. Key Responsibilities Meet with new clients daily to onboard them in Connecteam. Provide exceptional customer service. Complete tasks assigned by clients while working offline. Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Collaborate with CS and R&D teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Experience & Skills 1+ year of experience in a customer‑oriented role. Preferred: 1 year of experience in a SaaS company. Native‑level English proficiency – MUST. Tech‑savvy, dedicated, eager to learn, and continuously improving. Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure environment. Working Hours Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm. Hybrid work schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday in office. Must be located within commutable distance to the Melbourne office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
