About the Role We are looking for a Media Director to provide insights-driven media and measurement strategies, strengthen client and partner relationships, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams. You will manage a division within the Paid Media Department. Key Responsibilities Oversee a team of media experts focused on 1-3+ clients, providing leadership and technical expertise. Manage negotiations for high-value and/or complex packages. Develop and deliver senior-level, sophisticated media investment strategies derived from industry insights. Provide clear delegation of responsibilities across the organization. Collaborate across disciplines to craft holistic omnichannel media strategies Qualifications Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of executing large-scale digital media programs. Proficiency across biddable platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google, Programmatic Display/OLV) is a must. Experience in offline media (TV, Print, Radio, OOH) is required.
