Project Fitout Lead – Padstow NSW (12‑Month Contract) O’Brien® is upgrading and expanding its Distribution Centre and Service Centre network. This 12‑month contract seeks a Project Fitout Lead to coordinate new site openings, refurbishments, relocations, and national rollout projects, ensuring safe, efficient delivery to O’Brien® standards. Responsibilities Coordinate new site openings, refurbishments, relocations, and national rollout projects. Support feasibility studies, site assessments, documentation, and project planning. Collaborate with Distribution Centres and Service Centres to understand operational requirements. Partner with contractors, landlords, and internal teams to keep projects on track. Identify and support process improvements and smarter ways of working. Ensure safety, compliance, and quality remain top priorities throughout the project. Travel interstate as required to support project delivery. Qualifications Organised, proactive and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills. Confident communicator who builds trust quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. High attention to detail. HSC (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s licence. Bonus: experience in property, fitout, or project coordination, or a Cert/Diploma in Business or Frontline Management.
