Sydney Protocol/Office of the Lord Mayor/Chief Executive Office Full Time/Term Contract up to 20 March 2029 $129,721 per annum plus superannuation About The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Lord Mayor's office and gain valuable experience in high-profile event coordination. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop, coordinate and supervise all arrangements for official functions, large-scale launches and civic receptions, courtesy calls, citizenship ceremonies and meetings with high level dignitaries. You’ll also manage a budget for each individual event, and maintain the Lord Mayor’s database, gift register and civic events calendar. Qualifications tertiary qualifications in function/hospitality management or equivalent competencies gained through career experience experience in planning formal/informal functions and events strong communication and relationship-building skills extensive experience with database management.
