You will be a trusted advisor to leaders, balancing strong operational HR delivery with strategic input across workforce planning, employee relations, industrial relations, capability development and change.This is a hands-on role, ideally suited to an experienced generalist who thrives in complex, blue-collar environments and enjoys partnering with leaders to develop accountability, engagement and high performance.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Partner with Site Leaders to deliver practical, commercially aligned HR solutions that meet current and future business needsCoach leaders to own the employee relationship, embedding Lineage's safety culture and valuesProvide expert advice on performance management, employee relations, industrial relations and complex workplace investigationsLead Enterprise Agreement negotiations end-to-end, including drafting agreements and submissions to the Fair Work CommissionAct as the primary point of contact for Union organisers and delegates, managing relationships and IR mattersManage Fair Work Commission matters, including unfair dismissal claimsSupport workforce planning, organisational design, recruitment and succession planningDrive performance, talent and succession planning cyclesSupport restructures, change initiatives and business transformation activitiesOversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation, data integrity and complianceDeliver and support capability and leadership programs (e.g. Leading the Lineage Way, DEI, Supervisor Toolkits)Support engagement initiatives, leave management, reward and recognition and compliance with onboarding and induction requirementsChampion Lineage values and help create an inclusive, engaged and high-performing workplaceAbout YouYou are a confident, resilient and people-focused HR professional who can operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.You will bring:A degree in HR, Business or CommerceExtensive experience as a Generalist HR Business Partner, ideally in a blue-collar, unionised or operational environmentIn-depth working knowledge of Australian workplace legislation, Awards and Enterprise AgreementsProven experience in employee relations, industrial relations and workplace investigationsBackground in negotiating and managing Enterprise Agreements and engaging with UnionsDemonstrated capability in recruitment, workforce planning and organisational changeExperience supporting restructures, transformation or large-scale changeHigh emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilityExceptional attention to detail and confidence drafting HR documentationExperience with HRIS and payroll systems (Workday and Chris21 highly regarded)Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelThe Lineage DifferenceA highly influential role at one of Lineage's flagship Australian sitesOpportunity to make a visible impact during a period of growth and transformationWork with an experienced leadership team in a values-driven organisationA culture grounded in Safety, Trust, Respect, Innovation, Bold thinking and Servant LeadershipCareer development opportunities within a global, growing businessWhy Lineage?Lineage is more than just a cold storage logistics business.
