About the role Reporting to the Group Head of Enterprise Risk and Compliance, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of financial crime risk across AML/CTF, fraud and scams at CBUS, ensuring we meet our legal and regulatory obligations while protecting member outcomes and maintaining trust. You will provide expert advice, engage with regulators and industry bodies, and embed strong financial crime controls and risk culture across the organisation, ensuring we remain resilient to emerging threats in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. This will include Leading the financial crime framework across AML/CTF, fraud and scams Acting as AML Compliance Officer and oversee monitoring and reporting obligations Managing investigations, incidents and remediation activities Engaging with regulators, industry bodies and senior stakeholders Executive, Board and regulatory reporting and insights What will you bring?
