Team Leader - Health and Safety University Centre Somerset (UCS) College Group Bridgwater College are looking for an outstanding individual with experience to join our delivery team. You will need to be a motivated and enthusiastic professional, proactive, student‑centred individual who can provide expertise to further enhance our teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum development. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality teaching, training, and assessment across a range of health and safety qualifications, including NEBOSH, IOSH, First Aid at Work, and Paediatric First Aid. Ensure learners develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to work safely and effectively in industry. Lead and coordinate the delivery of health and safety provision across the UCS College Group, ensuring programmes meet awarding body standards, regulatory requirements, and employer needs. Support curriculum development, maintain quality assurance processes, and promote a culture of safety excellence across the organization. Mentor staff, manage resources, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the provision is responsive, compliant, and aligned with the college’s strategic priorities.
