Infrastructure Management Oversee HQ Office IT systems including servers, networks, and cloud platforms. Ensure high availability and security of IT infrastructure. Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Configure and support initial web domain and email domain setups to ensure seamless communication and online presence. Create and support staff company accounts such as Windows login, email, etc. Purchase and support office IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, workstations across the company. Justify and subscribe to the internet broadband and project the internet usage to ensure high availability and sufficient capacity. Good knowledge of IT office systems such as PBX, CCTV, conference systems, photostat machines, etc., is considered an added advantage. Application & Software Oversight Serve as the primary liaison between the regional office and China HQ IT function. Cybersecurity & Compliance Align with China HQ IT team and enforce cybersecurity policies. Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments. Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure service‑level agreements are met. Function as key person on raising IT purchases and project management, including the tender processes. Data Management & Analytics Oversee data governance and master data management. Implement business intelligence tools for operational insights. IT Asset Management Update and support the IT assets across the offices. Company annual budgets Provision and prepare yearly IT budgets (Capex and Opex). Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of automotive industry processes. Ability in cybersecurity frameworks.
