You'll be helping to expand our capability across Queensland where you’ll work on complex infrastructure projects that shape communities and improve lives across communities.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to* Lead civil and transport infrastructure design projects with a focus on roads and highways* Drive business development across QLD through relationship building and repeat work* Deliver technical excellence while ensuring projects are on time and within budget* Mentor and grow a talented, local engineering team* Contribute to strategic planning and capability expansion in the region**About You**Suitable applicants will be/have:* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar* 15+ years’ experience in roads & highways design and project delivery* Solid understanding of the Queensland market and relevant design standards* Strong project management and client engagement skills* A commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement* Able to travel occasionally (domestic/international) as needed* Chartered status (or working towards) will be highly regarded**How To Apply**All applications must be submitted online.
