Sessions are designed to be inclusive, low‑impact and adaptable, with a strong focus on safety, regulation and emotional wellbeing rather than fitness or performance. You will help create a welcoming space where participants feel supported, respected and empowered to move at their own pace. This role is ideal for someone who values trauma‑aware practice, understands energy limitations, and enjoys facilitating calm, grounding experiences.
