The Opportunity We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Kilpatrick Court – Toronto . You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, contributing to effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person‑centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff. Must have full working rights in Australia.
