About This Opportunity Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management and building technologies, invites applications for a full‑time Project Manager to join our Queensland projects team. This role requires ensuring flawless delivery of diverse projects on time and within budget while building strong client relationships. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and prepare project deliverables to initiate, develop, and execute assigned projects. Lead and manage projects to meet performance and project requirements. Review and update project financial status regularly. Ensure high quality standards and compliance with OHS & E standards. Manage customer and contractor relationships effectively. Identify opportunities, improvements and solutions to drive continuous initiatives. Maintain discipline, professionalism, ethics, and accuracy under tight timeframes. Qualifications Trade Certificate in Electrical / HVAC or an Engineering qualification with BMS or HVAC experience. Strong background in Building Automation Systems including design intent, controller product design and alternative solutions. Experience conducting FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test). Computational proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project and Visio; BIM and AutoCAD skills are an advantage. Ability to standardise deliverables such as software, points list, and documentation. Willingness to keep up‑to‑date with technical aspects and undertake training as needed.
