Technical Project Management Experienced Professional Lead & manage Grid Automation projects ensuring on‑time & in‑full customer deliverables within Hitachi quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial and contractual commitments. How you’ll make an impact: You will lead and manage assigned project(s) according to agreed contractual conditions within schedule and budget while acting as single point contact for all delivery fulfilment activities and customer satisfaction from project booking to commissioning and close‑out phase. You will be responsible for coordination and interface with customers, internal delivery units, technical teams (on‑shore or off‑shore) & other contractors for timely execution of all project activities either directly or by delegating to the concerned team member. You will take ownership of all aspects of project planning & scheduling, resourcing, timely invoice & cash collection, review progress periodically & prepare progress reports, communicate to customers and internally to all stakeholders. You will regularly evaluate project ‘costs to complete’ vs allocated budget, project risks/opportunities, and plans/leads/executes mitigation actions, maintain records and pursue variation claims where applicable, responsible for project financial KPIs in terms of gross margin, cash flow, and final result of the assigned project(s). You will act as the champion for Hitachi processes and policies, contribute to development of standard processes and work instructions by adopting Hitachi internal as well as industry best practices, ensure that lessons learned from all execution are analyzed and conclusions are incorporated as continuous improvement actions. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background: Bachelor’s degree – preferable in Engineering Major. Minimum 3 to 5 years of project management experience. PMP certification or knowledge of PMBOK is an advantage. Electrical Power related project management exposure in Industrial or utility environment is desirable. Proficiency in both Spoken and Written English is mandatory.
