Job Description We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Day Surgery (DOSA) team in Richmond. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a dynamic and fast-paced perioperative environment. Shifts are currently scheduled from Monday to Friday between , Saturday between and no night duty required. On-call duty is required on Sundays and some public holidays for the Holding Bay only. Responsibilities Rotate across key areas of the Day Surgery unit, including Admissions, Holding Bay, Second Stage Recovery Ensure patients and staff are safe through their journey in surgery and recovery Demonstrate advanced decision-making, interpersonal and communication skills Work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a varied multidisciplinary team Focus on individualized patient-centered care and patient outcomes with a strong focus on family involvement Qualifications Current AHPRA registration Demonstrated clinical skill in a similar area Ability to work cohesively in a team environment Ability to work a rotating roster of AM/PM shifts (excluding night duty) Cardiac and Paediatric experience desirable but not essential Experience in admissions and discharges in an acute surgical area Requirements We will review applications as we receive them. The annual salary range for full time Registered Nurses – AUD $82,236 - $103,280 + super + entitlements, depending on registration type, year level and position/experience (prorated for part-time).
