This position plays a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient delivery of Council’s water and wastewater services. The role involves the operation and maintenance of the following: Wastewater treatment facilities Pumping stations and associated infrastructure essential to community wellbeing Your work directly supports the health, safety and liveability of our region. TRP Range: $88,500 – $94,500 (L5 -L8) (Dependent on skills, knowledge and qualifications) Plus call‑outs , paid at applicable penalty rates. When on call, you will be rostered every second weekend and will receive 3.5 hours of paid work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Junior rates apply for employees under 21 years. Pay and conditions align with Council’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and the Queensland Local Government Industry (Stream B) Award – State 2017.
