About the Role As a registered nurse, you’ll help care for our residents’ health and overall quality of life. Your personalised clinical care and empathetic approach will truly make a positive impact on their lives. We have a part‑time position available for a passionate clinician to utilise their skills in our residential care home at IRT Thomas Holt Sans Souci for night shift only . This will be a permanent roster of Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights. Hourly base rate between $43.75 and $55.88 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on the experience. Responsibilities Providing clinical care to residents. Managing and supervising care workers. Undertaking client assessments. Providing treatment as required. Qualifications Ability to undertake night shifts only across 3 nights. Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration. Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia‐related disorders and management of challenging behaviours. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Empathetic, with a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible. Experience working as a registered nurse in a residential care home environment.
