The Opportunity Reporting to the Senior Digital Content Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering digital content and SEO strategies that build awareness, engagement, and conversion across international audiences. You’ll collaborate within a cross‑functional squad to deliver seamless digital experiences that inform, inspire, and empower users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and technology. Role and Responsibilities Develop and execute digital content and SEO strategies to drive growth and visibility across international markets. Create user‑focused, accessible content that builds trust and supports customers throughout their decision‑making journey. Collaborate with designers, developers, and key stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class digital content across web, mobile, and CRM platforms. Use analytics and insights to measure performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimise results. Lead content audits, reporting, and optimisation initiatives to enhance user experience and visibility. About You You’re an experienced digital content leader who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. You know how to connect with diverse, multicultural audiences and simplify complex information in a human and relatable way. 8+ years’ experience in digital content management, strategy, or SEO. Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats (web, UX, SEO, microcopy). A solid understanding of UX, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO/AI search trends. Experience in complex or regulated industries. Proficiency with tools such as AEM, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, JIRA, and Confluence. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and a passion for improving digital experiences. Experience in health, insurance, or finance sectors. Understanding of content for culturally and linguistically diverse audiences. Familiarity with agile ways of working. Purpose‑driven work focused on improving access to best‑in‑class insurance.
