Supervise and mentor ENs, AINs and students on clinical placement. Develop and progress your career with greater responsibility and autonomy compared to larger hospitals. Current postgraduate or minimum Graduate Certificate qualification in Intensive Care, Coronary Care, or Critical Care. Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries to patient care in a multi‑disciplinary team. Demonstrated application of evidence‑based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualised person‑centred care. Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and resolve conflicts when they arise. Demonstrated commitment to work and partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families and employees to enhance health outcomes. Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancing skills. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multi‑disciplinary team.
